The title of this particular blog is not necessarily chosen in reference to the seemingly small amount of people that read this AMAZING blog, rather I am speaking directly to the monthly water bills that so many college students and adults alike have decided to pay on a monthly basis. This last month one particular student from Central Bible College felt God move on his heart to be a part of the of the Water Bill Project. So, he got on the WorldServe website and gave Five Hundred dollars! I was absolutely blow away, because I know that for any student giving Five Hundred dollars is a sacrifice. But, the really cool thing about this guy is that he isn't looking for the praise that any person would give him, instead he quietly made his gift, to the children of East Africa, through the website when no was looking.
This is not just the story of one person, but rather the truth is that many college students, faculty members and community leaders have chosen to partner with the people of Africa while no one is looking. In fact since the launch of the Water Bill campaign in March of 2007 nearly $1600.00 has been given by individuals just like you.
